• Pallet orders: Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

• Large wholesale orders: Processing times may vary depending on order size and shipping arrangements.

Delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation, subject to order processing and carrier arrangements.

2. Shipping Methods

Depending on the order size, destination, and delivery requirements, we may use less-than-truckload (LTL) freight, commercial freight, or other suitable shipping services.

The shipping method selected will depend on the shipment and delivery destination.

3. Shipping Costs and Free Delivery

Shipping costs may depend on the delivery location, shipment weight and dimensions, number of pallets, residential or commercial delivery requirements, and any special services required.

Free delivery is available for orders with a total purchase value above $3,000 to all destinations we serve, including destinations in Canada and internationally.

For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, applicable shipping charges will be communicated during the ordering process or before shipment, as appropriate.

Free delivery covers the standard delivery service arranged by City Pallets Wholesale Liquidations. Any additional charges, such as customs duties, import taxes, or special delivery services not included in the agreed shipping arrangement, will be communicated where applicable.

4. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring the delivery location can accommodate the shipment.

Freight deliveries may require someone to be present to receive the order. Customers should arrange suitable unloading equipment and access to the delivery location where necessary.

Additional services, such as liftgate delivery, may incur extra charges if they are not included in the agreed shipping arrangement.

5. Delivery Time

City Pallets Wholesale Liquidations provides a delivery timeframe of 3–6 business days after payment confirmation for destinations in Canada and internationally.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, remote locations, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and paying any duties, taxes, or import charges that apply to their orders.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, we will provide shipment details to help customers monitor their orders. Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.

7. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be included or offered where available, depending on the shipment and carrier. Customers should contact us before ordering if they have questions about insurance coverage.

8. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

1. Photograph the shipment, packaging, and affected items.

2. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading (BOL), where applicable.

3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through the contact details provided on our website, including your order number and photographs.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate the issue with the carrier and determine the appropriate next steps.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional costs or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, if available.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide updates. Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs inspections, weather, and carrier service disruptions.

11. International Shipping

We accept international orders for destinations we serve. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import regulations, duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import requirements and paying applicable charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Free delivery applies to qualifying orders above $3,000, including international destinations we serve. However, customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–6 business days after payment confirmation. Customs procedures and other circumstances outside our control may affect international delivery.

• Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM MT

• Sunday: Closed

Orders and shipping inquiries received outside business hours will be handled during the next applicable business period.
